A native of Canada, Sheilagh Casey was educated in the US, and lives in Monmouth County. She studied graphic design at Parsons, art history and literature at Purchase College-SUNY. She was a member of Georgette Pettit’s Lyrical Abstraction group, and was an active participant in the Shore Women’s Abstract Gallery in Asbury Park in 2009-10. For the past decade, she has exhibited in several galleries, business venues, and juried exhibitions.
