"I focus on painting colorful abstracts that are inspired by my current mood, environment and other artists. My abstract designs range from various shapes, lines, pops and blends of color bringing life to the blank canvas. When painting, I just do what I feel at the moment and the brush starts to have a mind of its’ own. I love to paint and bring “feeling” to someone when they look at my art, allowing their imagination to run wild and their eyes to paint their own vivid image."
Kyla “Ky” Foster was born in Brooklyn, New York. She graduated from the University of North Texas with a degree in biology, but has always had an interest in art. After taking a break from art to focus on her studies, she started to paint again and right away knew that it was something she had to take more serious.
Several months after moving back to Jersey from living in Texas, she has had a part of her first art show in Bradley Beach. Kyla is working on her art and looking forward to getting exposure in art shows and galleries in hopes to one day have a solo show.
