torche' galerie accepts membership applications for our bi-monthly exhibitions. We offer a range of membership packages with consideration to cost and commissions.
Members pay a monthly fee for exhibition space, gallery representation, and marketing/promotion.
As a torche' artist, we use your submission to create your artist profile on our website, in addition to selecting artwork for the upcoming show. CALL FOR ENTRY: ARTISTS for our WINTER 2015 Exhibition Submission Deadline: TBA Artist Acceptance Notification: TBA Artwork Drop Off: Drop off of artwork will be sent in selection emails.
5-10 .jpeg images (up to 3MB each) of AVAILABLE Artwork. Images should be titled with your LAST NAME & Number (e.g. Smith1, Smith2, etc.) Photographs and/or images with frames: Please send images with the frame (so we can see the final appearance) OR we are asking the frames are black/white. Please no zip files, simply attach to email so its easily accessed. (resize if you need to)
Corresponding Image List- describing the following -Title, Size, Medium, Your Price before Gallery Commission is added & Year. For example: Smith1= "Slant", 18x24, Mixed Media, $1200, 2012. (PLEASE don't type your info in all caps, use bullet points, dashes or symbols- we copy and paste this info to prevent typo's and when u add these things we have to remove it, leaving room for error!)
Bio & Artist Statement (2 paragraphs each max
Send all of the above to: firstname.lastname@example.org by deadline. Our curator will review submissions and send selections via email.
There is no charge in submitting your artwork.

NOTES: Payments are made upon Artist SUBMISSION NOTIFICATION (ACCEPTANCE). New Members pay a one time $20 initiation fee to cover administrative costs.
* Reminder - torche is a member supported gallery & modeled like a co-op. There is a minimum 2 month (length of show) membership commitment to participate.
